Dave Carson has served as the Assistant Superintendent for the Belvidere CUSD 100 School District for four years. He is the lead for the district’s efforts to shift to a competency-based education model, its 1:1 technology implementation, and supporting secondary school principals. Prior to Belvidere, he was the executive director of college and career readiness at Rockford Public School District

Darryl Hogue has been the superintendent of River Bend CUSD 2 since 2014, and has spent the last six years building a network in the Sauk and Mississippi Valley Regions to help connect students and employers.
