Four years ago, Mount Pulaski used strategic planning as the foundation to develop shared leadership across the district. This shared leadership has developed collaborative relationships with staff to implement school improvement practices, planning, and oversight. Hear from the stakeholders on how they have developed an active role in decision-making concerning curriculum and instruction, school climate, school safety, and professional development.
