The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Mendota CCSD 289 will present on how ROE 35 provides mentors to the district to supply at-risk students with extra academic help. The program creates connection points and lightens the load for administration and SEL staff. You will also learn about Mendota's use of bilingual classrooms in Pre-K through second grade for Spanish-speaking students, as well as middle school ESL interventionists who demonstrate the power of additional support for the emergent bilingual community.
