Compiled by legal publishers LexisNexis for the Illinois Association of School Boards, it consists of the School Code and additional statutes selected for their relevance to public school governance and administration (i.e., Educational Labor Relations Act, Open Meetings Act, Freedom of Information Act, Disclosure of Economic Interests, Gift Ban Act, Election Code, Data Governance and Organization to Support Equity and Racial Justice Act, State Finance Act, Property Tax Code, Pension Code, Local Records Act, Abuse and Neglected Child Reporting Act, Illinois Police Training Act, Transitions in Education Act, Juvenile Court Act, Criminal Code, and Illinois Human Rights Act).
